Launch Team Development Integration

We will work collaboratively with your launch team to help ensure success. If one is not yet created, we will be happy to spearhead its organization and will include representatives from sales & marketing, product engineering, production engineering, quality control, purchasing, finance and accounting, project estimating and plant management.

In concert with your customer, we can also put together an organizational structure for launching programs globally with personnel in multiple locations globally.
