Advocate Advisors was founded in 2003 by a group of commercial real estate brokers who saw a need for transparency and unbiased representation in the industry. Advocate’s sole focus is providing commercial tenant representation services for clients locally and nationally.

The firm’s founding principle is the concept that tenants require an unbiased and conflict-free advocate when negotiating commercial office leases. Advocate’s only fiduciary responsibility is to the space user and 100 percent of Advocate’s revenue comes from tenant representation.

As a result, Advocate Advisors offers unbiased representation and doesn’t have obligations to any buildings or landlords, which means it doesn’t play favorites. As a result, its clients have:

• Freedom of choice – Advocate Advisors will never push clients towards a deal that isn’t a perfect fit for their company’s needs just to fulfill a quota.
